This notification is about the explanation for District Administration of Battagram District. The Commissioner of Hazara Division failed to provide two class-IV staff for emergency duty as per requirement. So, the explanation will be called by the Competent Authority. As per Deputy Commissioner Battagra, letter No. 11734 dated 29-03-2020 addressed to Commissioner Hazara Division and copy thereof endorsed to this Department you failed to provide two Class-IV staff for emergency duty as per the requirement of the District Administration. Moreover, you switched off your telephone and personal number in clear and blatant violation of the directions of the Provincial Government circulated by the Establishment Department vide its letter No. SO (R-I) E&AD/COVID-19/2020 dated 25-03-2020 duly endorsed by this department vide its letter No. SO(G)E&SED/1-1/Directives for District Heads dated 25-03-2020, whereby, you were duty-bound to ensure your availability and keep liaison with the Deputy Commissioner as and when required by the District Administration.
In view of above, you are required to clear your position within three days (03-04-2020 Friday till closing hours) positively, as to why DIsciplinary action may not be initiated against your under the Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2011.
