Warehouse Officer Opportunities

Air Products is looking for warehouse officer to join their team in Jazan, Saudia Arabia. Air Products is a reputed and leading industrial gas supplier which provides essential gases like argon, carbon dioxide, helium, hydrogen, and oxygen to a wide range of industries. They offer wide range of supply options including bulk deliveries, on site gas generation and pipeline supply. The company is also play its part in energy transition projects focusing on clean energy complexes that produce blue and net-zero hydrogen and ammonia. As a warehouse staff you are responsible for smooth efficient and cost effective daily operation of the Warehouse  along with maintaining a high level of customer services focus. You have to perform daily tasks including receiving storage and distribution of materials.

The primary duties of the role include

• Follow procedures for receiving storing and shipping items in the warehouse.
• Ensure all operations at warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Following all safety rules and maintaining a safe and clean workplace.
• Understanding and meeting audit and KPI targets.
• Ensuring right amount of stock is available and stored securely.
• Using technology for accurately record all inventory movements.
• Ensuring that physical inventory matches the computer records.
• Provide training and assistance to other team members regarding supply system.
• Handling, storing, and transporting hazardous materials as per regulations.
• Assiting other departments including Stores, Maintenance, and Production when required.
• Ensuring customer needs are met.

Requirements for Warehouse Officer

• Diploma/certificate in relevant field.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills as a minimum.
• Problem solving skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Must have License to operate mobile equipment identified for use in Warehouse or have the ability to receive one shortly after hiring.
• More than 3 years of relevant experience in chemical / refinery / gas plant maintenance / inspection / engineering.
• More than 5 years of previous material handling experience.
