A global well being retailing, distributing, and manufacturing company is  looking for store incharge to join their team in Dubai. The GMG has a protfolio of home groen as well as international brands operating through sports, health and beauty, home,properties, everyday goods, and logistics sectors. The store incharge working for GMG is responsible for managing and overseeing daily operations at hypermarkets and supermarkets in UAE. The person is also responsible for providing excellent customer services, ensuring efficient store operations, and driving sale growth.

The key responsibilities of role include:

• Managing day to day store operations.
• Monitoring inventoey to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Train and lead store team.
• Plan and execute promotional statergies to boost sales.
• Ensure to maintain store standards.
• Monitor and analyze sales.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sale reports, stock record, and team performance.
•  Schedule staff shifts.

Requirements for Store Incharge

• Proven managerial or supervisor role experience in hyper or supermarket.
• Experience in UAE’s retail sector.
• High school or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent knowledge of inventory control, store operations, and sale analysis.
• Flexible to work shifts on weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communicaton both in Arabic and English.
