Joining the brand as cleaning staff you are responsible for daily housekeeping and cleaning activities following company’s policies and standards.
The key responsibilities of role include:
- Cleaning guest rooms.
- Cleaning and maintenance of public areas.
- Collecting guests laundry.
- Tracking of linen inventory.
- Responding to guest queries.
- Stocking of cleaning supplies.
- Responding to eergeny situations.
- Reporting any maintenance related issues to relevant departments.
Requirements for Hotel Cleaning Staff
- Proven experience in hotel cleaning.
- Excellent customer services.
- Ability to speak in Arabic and English
- Good communications.
- Organized individual with groomed personality.
- Flexible working on weekends and holidays.
