Mostly people have like Chicken Malai Kabab and they are very much like Malai Kabab, So we tell you here how to prepare Malai Kabab and how it is tasty for us.
For preparing Malai Kabab we need following things like;
- Boneless Chicken 1/2 kg
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 teaspoon
- Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon
- Green Chilli Paste 1 tablespoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper Powder 1 teaspoon
- Garam Masala Powder 1 teaspoon
- Green Coriander 1 tablespoon (chopped)
- Cream 2 tablespoon
- Cheddar Cheese 2 tablespoon (Grated)
- Oil as you required
- Sticks to make a Kabab
How to Prepare:
First, we magnet the Chicken in a bowl then add 1 teaspoon Lemon juice then add teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste then add 1 teaspoon Salt after that you will add 1 teaspoon Black Pepper powder and then add 1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder and then add 1 tablespoon Green Chilli paste and after that you will add 2 tablespoon Cream and then add 2 tablespoon Cheddar Cheese (Grated) then add 1 tablespoon Green Coriander (chopped) and after that, you will mix it properly.
Preparation of Kabab:
After mix it the above mixture then you will cool this bowl in fridge/freezer for some time then you will use Sticks to make the Kabab, you will add chicken on the stick in a proper way then add another stick according to your need, So after that, you will use all sticks and ready Kababs according to your need.
So after that, you will take a frying pan and add oil on it when oil is warm then add Kabab some time for the first side and after some time you will change the side of Kababs on medium flame, So after 10 or 15 minutes, the Malai Kabab is ready.
