Responsibilities:

As a production team member you are responsible for performing following duties

• RDA Developing new product for customer.
• Linking the technical to the physical operations in the SAP system.
• Version changes that occur like reduction of salt).
• Maintaining standard plant label template info.
• Design new label templates for specific customer needs.
• Leading and inspiring the team in establishing a safety first culture.
• Ensure the teams are communicated  properly regarding the Company’s Health and Safety standards.
• Commercialize process to obtain accurate pricing.
• Work with supply chain and manufacturing  team.
• Managing the data to create factory PI sheets
• Work with procurement team.
• Deal with ad hoc requests from other functions in the company.

Requirements for Production Controller Jobs

• Experience with SAP is preffered.
• Excellent skills in using MS Office basic programs and other systems.
• More than 3 years of experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills
• Good at managing and dealing through workplace conflict.
• Extensive expertise and understanding of the manufacturing function.
